It is a requirement that a new home or renovation design meets the minimum energy performance requirements set out in the National Construction Code (NCC).
The Nationwide House Energy Rating Scheme (NatHERS) is commonly used across Australia to demonstrate compliance with the code, through an energy efficiency star rating score out of 10.
As accredited assessors, we use Sustainabily Victoria’s modelling software, First Rate 5, to evaluate the star rating performance of a buildings design, issue NatHERS compliance certificates and certify architectural plans.
With a 7-star energy rating and 60 Whole Of Home minimum requirement our expert energy assessors will work with you to understand the energy efficiency requirements for your project to comply with the NCC and meet your energy efficiency goals.
“I would like to send our gratitude and appreciation for the energy ratings you have provided our office. You deliver the energy ratings in a timely manner and turn around my urgent requests very quickly. We are beyond satisfied at the quality and advice you provide our team throughout the process . We thank you once again”
