NatHERS Energy Rating
It is a requirement that a new home or renovation design meets the minimum energy performance requirements set out in the National Construction Code (NCC).
The Nationwide House Energy Rating Scheme (NatHERS) is commonly used across Australia to demonstrate compliance with the code, through an energy efficiency star rating score out of 10.
As accredited assessors, we use modelling software, First Rate 5 and HERO to evaluate the star rating performance of a building’s design, issue NatHERS compliance certificates and certify architectural plans.
With a 7-star energy rating and 60 Whole Of Home minimum requirement our expert energy assessors will work with you to understand the energy efficiency requirements for your project to comply with the NCC and meet your energy efficiency goals.
